I would strongly recommend eBay. It is likely to be your cheapest and easiest source of acquiring an older version of Windows.

For example, this:

I'm pretty sure the price will go up, but they seem to end at about $20-30, much cheaper than you can purchase elsewhere. ($50+)

It is also very unlikely someone will bother scamming you over $20-30 or make a counterfeit version of such an old program, so it is relatively safe compared to other products on eBay.

Hope this helps,
Ken

You can maybe try Best Buy if you have one whereever you love. If not you can try circuit city. Best Buy's windows XP is about $200-$300 so they should have windows 98 edition for a reasonably good price.
Hope I helped.

Good luck the best is to call Microsoft and order it from them if they have any left, I bought 3 licensed copies from them last year, but they are going to be out. you can also try Yahoo Auctions but buy unopened licensed copies only....

The question should be: "Why would you want one"?
You should be able to do a Google search and find one for sale at the many software sites.
