It's possible the uninstaller program is in another folder. You need a registry cleaner to remove old unused entries. Try CCleaner to clean up, it's free and available from the link below. You could also try a trial version of Tuneup Utilities from the other link. between them you should fix most problems. Good luck!

Make definite to restart your PC when you uninstall the application. Sometimes the application is not going to disappear out of the upload/eliminate record till you restart you PC. If that works, I constantly restart my PC, and despite the fact that it mentioned it was once eliminated, alot of documents get left at the back of, you'll be able to certainly not eliminate they all, however I will pass to the START menu, do a dossier seek, input the identify of the application, and any dossier that comes up, I delete as soon as the seek is finished. It will ship the whole lot to the recycle bin, in a couple of days, if you don't have any disorders along with your PC, I empty the recycle bin. My recommendation, I paintings and fix PCs for men and women and construct them, I is not going to use Vista, it sucks, even Microsoft changed it rapid, if it was once my PC, I could reboot and set up Windows XP SP3
