BSOD(blue reveal screen of lack of life) is brought about by way of both minor software system defects or would nicely be a hardware failure also...And u do not could purchase any disc for any operating device....ideally your device producer could be delivery it loose if u ask for it..And the disk does no longer artwork then it can be with hardware..if so i might want to require little more effective information like the device config and the outline of the blue reveal screen ( is it sparkling or there's a supply up mistakes on it like 0x000000...)... If u have checked that it truly is because of ability grant then call up your producer for this they are going to replace your adaptor with more effective useful wattage and that would favor to fix it...

Your Windows maybe badly corrupted. Reinstalling the Windows may help. Or boot into MS-DOS and do a Disk Check. The command is "chkdsk"

You should only get the blue screen of death, when something SERIOUSLY is wrong!
Back up your data, NOW!
Have you installed any hardware?? if so take it back out.
If not, wipe your hard drive, and reinstall windows.
