when a bin file is burnt onto a cd the cd cant be copied so i need to know how to convert the bin file to a video or similar so i can burn to a dvd so that i can make back up copies

my computer can not defrag says that there is a scheduled program related to the problem but when i start/ run the program it says file not found PLEASE HELP

if I upload 50 zip files, each of them abt 2.5 MB in size, if people download them, will the bandwith consumed be 125 MB (2.5x50)? because im afraid my webhosters will put my site on the back burner because I may be exceeding the monthly bandwith allocation. If this is not true, then whats the bandwith size for that much of files with that much of size downloaded that many times?

I reformatted my Dell Dimension 2400 and now all the icons in all the folders are displayed as "Tiles" instead of "Icons"

i can go to the file thing and change each one but i have a ton of music folders by artist so how do i switch them all at once?

there's got to be a master setting somewhere for this
