what program should i use?where can i find it? and is there a way to edit out parts of the video?

When working with .wmv files, Windows MovieMaker is pretty much the easiest way to go. You can edit parts out, join others together etc. Just open the program up, insert the different video clips on the timeline at the bottom...and then output it to one large file.

start -> windows movie maker, then imposrt and drag the clips in the order you want in the timeline. then publish it and it will finish it.
