Somehow Microsoft Excel got uninstalled and won't open unless you open a file from the internet, and it won't open other files once you get on Excel. Also, it doesn't show up on the start menu. How do I fix this problem??

Check in the Add/Remove Program (in the Control Panel) whether the Microsoft Office is entirely uninstalled. If yes, reinstall the whole office or the excel.

check the recycling bin if it is there right click and click restore if it isn't there check in add/ remove programs if it is there click on it if it says install click okay if it says this will remove it clcik cancel ad find it on your computer by doing a search for it.
