Did musicmatch merge with yahoo music?

I had a problem upgrading the Musicmatch application I have so I just reloaded it again but it all came with yahoo logos.

Yahoo bought Musicmatch about a year or so ago. They have been working to merge the 2 services. I don't know how long Yahoo will keep Musicmatch Jukebox as a separate application.
