Normally part of XP. Try going to add/remove programs and look in install windows components. If not try the microsoft site and search the downloads

you can only download on to XP, you can download movie maker from the windows xp download site, at microsoft.com

The best way to get it, is if one of your buddies has it to send it to you as a file. I usually do that with my files to my friends that don't have the programs. But make sure they send all the files, not just the shortcuts. Other-wise you won't be able to run anything.

It SHOULD just be on the Windows already! Look for it in All Programmes or something. Or do a search
