you can download a trail version of Vista from microsoft but in 30 days you have to switch back to XP or buy a key code fro vista. Believe me NO big deal ........... they are making a huge hype over vista and why???????? To get people to buy it. I have the trial version hardly anything works on there ( programs i use everyday) they have an awesoem media center but i prefer XP it is so much better!

No where legally. Unless you meant the RC 1 or RC2, and they kind of do not work well in comparison to the proper full release.
Be careful about the install, since Vista will take a while to load on Some PCs... I have heard some recent horror stories on the load time, even with successful loads

there is no such thing like fista its vista and it is yet to be launched.
