Is there a Free Download I can use to Edit My Photos?

I deleted all my Microsoft Stuff because I didnt need it and I dont have it so I can edit my pictures

There is great free program called GIMP. It works similar to, if not better than adobe photoshop. It writes to over 35 file formats, including jpg, gif, and windows icon files. Go to http://gimp.org to download a copy of it (and the GTK+ runtime required to install it). Hope this helps!
