You can store as many as you want if you have enough space on your hard drive it's only a player

How big is your Hard Drive?
How big roughly are the songs that you are tring to record?

take your amount of hard drive space that is free and then times it by 1000 and then divide it by how big the songs are then the answer you get for that is roughly how many songs you are able to store.
