Im used to microsoft, and I wanted to take a screen shot with my ibook to send to a friend. How do I do that?

I have IE version 6.0 but want to install the newer 7.0 version...just wondering if I need to delete the older version manually or does the download automatically do it for me?

I bought a Mircrosoft Word package, with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Money, and Microsoft Works. Mircrosoft Word doesnt work and i bought it mainly for that. So I wanna return it. I still Have Mircrosoft Money and Works on my laptop, but dont have word. Will the place I bought it from know that i installed the other 2 and am returnig it?

My system keeps crashing - this file appears to be causing the problem. It's quoted on the blue screen as being the source. I'm using Windows XP operating system.

I set my camera to take photos at RAW format. When I imported my files into my computer Photoshop detects an error that says "Could not complete your request because Photoshop does not recognize this type of file". That's strange because I open RAW images on photoshop all the time. I really hope that these images are not corrupted. Any help?

I have to do an assignment for a class. My group has written a document in Microsoft Word, but for every paragraph I have to comment on "why" my group chose to write what we wrote. (we are writing a contract, so we have to explain "why" for each term we introduced in the contract). This document needs to be printed, so it needs to look good when printed.

What's the best way to format this? I could use the "Track Changes" option in Word, and enter comments for at each point I need to. Is there anything better? My concern is that the comment "balloons" are kinda small. Also, once I've entered the comments, it's hard to move them around.

I kinda think I'd rather just have another column in the document that's independent of the main content. Is there a way to do that?

I like to put pictures from the internet as my background, & it used to work fine, but lately the picture comes out in the center of the monitor (and extremely small) with a huge navy blue border. Why is that, & can someone please tell me how to fix it?!! PLEASE!!
