my last question was about how my windows movie maker has been having problems. one of the answerers suggested deleted it and then downloading it again. the problem is that it is not on the add/delete program list! (start-control panel-add or remove programs) i cant just right click and delete because it only gets rid of the icon, not the program. does anyone know how i can erase the program from my computer?!

Did Adobe Flash change? I used to be able to go to a website with flash, and click on the selectable buttons. But now I have to "Click here to activate and use this control" is that just a flash setting or is it Flash itself?

This question sounds really ignorant, but asking for an answer is the only way I know to learn. I have to reinstall
Windows XPSP2. I had downloaded and saved over ten programs to my desktop, but I haven't installed them yet. When I burn all my data to cd's, should I (can I) burn these setups to cd? Since the programs are not installed yet, they are not on the hard drive yet or are they? Or do I have to go back to the websites and download them all over again? Is the entire program literally sitting on my desktop? These are all freeware, so there should be no copyright problems in terms of copying to Cd for my personal use, if, in fact, it is possible to burn them to CD at all. I need this information from someone(s) who know the EASIEST way to handle this. Thanks.

I am trying to get more design templates for a power pint presentation and when I click on the option for Microsoft office online it gives me an error that says

I understand how to add audio music files to my video at the same time but how do i mute the video while my music is playing with the video? I will be working normally in internet explorer then it pops up the error reporting window that internet explorer has encountered and error and needs to close.......I then have the option to send the error report or not....then I have to restart what I was doing.....this seems to have started after a program I loaded, addded google toolbar to my internet explorer......could this be the problem????

I have created a worksheet in excel with a spreadsheet at the top and two different graphs below. I want to centre the spreadsheet directly above the two graphs. It has been acting strangely for a couple of weeks now. I think that have gotten hold of some add on or something that is causing problems. I want to completely uninstall it and then do a fresh reinstall.

However, when I try to do it from Add/Remove Programs, all it does it roll it back.
