How do I reformat iexplore.exe?

Keep it simplified-I'm not a computer engineer.

Well you can't reformat your exe file because it's not formatted in any way.

If you're trying to reinstall Internet Explorer, then go to My Computer>Add/Remove Programs and find it on your list. Uninstall it then download it online at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/default.mspx and install it.

1st off, you don't reformat a program. You reinstall it. Download ie7 from microsoft and install it. Or you can try a restore from a system restore point. Look it up under Windows Help. You don't have to be a computer engineer to do this.
