Software - November 2006

I had gotten a virus in my computer. After I got rid of it I noticed my background picture was gone. I went to the properties menu to put it back on but it won't let me, It will only let me choose solid colors. The only time the picture does show up is when I shut the computer down. It's the last thing I see right before it shuts down. What's wrong?????

When I open my PC there this Blue Screen appears in a seconds...saying a fatal exception has occured..blah blah blah..
I dont know how to fix it,my friend told me its better to format my harddrive and to back up my files first,but how can I do that if I cant even open it..and pls.tell me instructions on how can I save my files..I also had another PC and its normally running.

So I have an ISO file. I know I have to mount to an appropriate program and it can be recorded on a CD/DVD. But what I want to do is run the ISO file on my computer since I don't have a DVD-RW drive. This file is 3.2gigs o.O, so can anyone help?

i was told i needed to download some software to my pc (hopefully its free) before i can download songs to my ipod... is that correct?
