Just downloading it does not install it. Find the file you downloaded and double-click it.

Go into your programs and click the right mouse button on your norton virus program to bring up the option to move to desktop.

Check the arrows on the right side (more) or possible Internet Explorer.

NOT ALL DOWNLOADS WILL INSERT A ICON AFTER DOWNLOADING, YOU CAN INSTALL IT YOURSELF BY RIGHT CLICK AND CHOSE "CREATE SHORT CUT" AND THEN CHOOSE "DESK TOP" THE ICON SHOULD THEN APPEAR
