well as with nearly all cds, vista will get here (if it is shipped without any hi-fi security checks) within a week! =D
but as is being anticipated, if it comes with strict next-gen security checks then it'll get delayed depending on how long it takes to crack it!! -- remember that splinter cell's chip-lock technology made it difficult enuff to crack and had taken months to ship..!
