You will not be able to run a program from an ISO. It is the 'image' of the CD that you play the game from if you'd actually gone out and bought it.

To use the file, you will need to write the ISO to a CD, which will then run when put in your PC. The up-side of this is that you can then delete the enormous files you have downloaded from your PC.

If this is too much hassle, download Daemon Tools. It acts as a CD Drive, to make your pc think that a CD has been inserted. You load the ISO onto Daemon tools and the file will run.

This be not be the end of your trouble however. Game makers go to a lot of effort to prevent you from playing games you have downloaded, and even with the help of Daemon Tools, many games will recognise that you have not inserted the correct CD.

In many instances, an update of Daemon Tools is sufficient, but not always. In some cases, it is necessary to unplug all your actual CD Drives from your PC for the game to work.

Good luck, but if this is a new release game it is unlikely that you will be able to play it without a deeper knowledge of what you are doing.

An ISO is an image of the CD that the game came from. It will include everything that was on the game CD accept the protection. You will have to burn the ISO using nero or similar software to play the game. you could also use Daemon Tools to mount that iso on a virtual drive and then play it directly off your harddrive.
Hve fun.
