Are you running Windows?

In Windows, you can use the schedule service to run a program at a specified time. (Start->Settings->Control Panel->Scheduled Tasks)

You can use the app shutdown.exe that comes with Windows XP to do the shutdown.

Yes,but why would you want to?

If you look in your control panel, you will see a tab called "scheduled tasks". click on it and schedule the command line:

shutdown -fs

YES THERE IS.. IT IS CALLED ... GOOD NIGHT TIMER... IT WILL SHUT DOWN YOUR PC OR IF YOU HAVE ON UR MUSIC IT WILL TURN THAT OFF TOO
