I like to put pictures from the internet as my background, & it used to work fine, but lately the picture comes out in the center of the monitor (and extremely small) with a huge navy blue border. Why is that, & can someone please tell me how to fix it?!! PLEASE!!

goto controlpanel, display, background, towards the bottom right, it will say center. Change this to stretch.

The resolution of your screen might be set high like 1280x1024. You may have to use the stretch option, or lower your resolution.

right click your desktop click properties choose desktop tab and on the right you'll see a box that says center click it and choose "strech to fit" click apple and ok
