I ran ad ware, avg free edition anti virus, and search bot all found the trojan horse viruses. I deleted all the viruses but I still keep getting pop ups every 2 sec. I didn't have that yesterday before all the viruses. What else can I do to get rid of this trojan horse virus?

i just bought a laptop and theres some music and programs on my old one that i wanna transfer. i dont wanna go thru the hassle of downloading everything over again on my new comp. and duh'r i know i should get rid of the virus. the sad thing is i cant. so i just wanna know if i save my files on floppy or disc or whatever and transfer it to the new comp. will it affect the new comp?

Microsoft have introduced a free domain facility on Microsoft Office Live. Usually when you're working on your website, it is hidden from public view. However, the Office Live domain is visible from the moment it is first set up. I sent Microsoft a message asking if there was a way the homepage could be hidden (from public view) while I am still working on it. They sent a nice reply informing me they had not thought of that and they will seriously consider the suggestion

I am looking for a spy/adware blocker that a; really works, b; is really free and c; isn't a blind leader to other products. I use Norton (yawn...) regularly but now seem to have picked something up that when I go into Google, click on one of the many 'matches' and instead I get something completely different, ususlly a top 100 of something or other. I guess I could do with something to give my system a good 'clean up' too? (I do use Window washer). Any help gratefully received, Thanks.

Dear friends,
In my computer, when connected to internet, a pop up from adultfriendfinder site pops up quite often. I scanned my computer with AVG antivirus and removed 6 trojans. Yet the problem is continuing. What can we do to stop it? I never visited that site or any such sites of indecent nature. And this pop up is containing vulgar pictures. Please help me to stop this!

Is this enough for protecting my computer against any VIRUS and SPY SOFTWARE.. Is it ok to download ccleaner to your computer even if you have norton protection.

When I did a computer scan, My free version of AVG antivirus detected 6 trojan files...and showed me the message that they are successfully delected and transported to Virus Vault. Now those 6 infected files are there in the virus vault. Is there any danger in keeping them there? Or is there any thing left for me to do? I am new to AVG and trojans.

My computer is acting weird. It is slow to type, the cursor freezes sometimes, programs are slow to run or won't open at all. I keep getting random popups, even when I'm not online. I have Norton Antivirus Free Edition and Zone Alarms. What can I do to get rid of the virus? I don't know how it got on to my computer and I don't know how to get rid of it. Thanks!

It is telling me because of phising to select the link open my browser and paste I normally can do this , no problem . Now when I right click its not highlighting the text and the little circle with black line through is popping up. If I left click , it will just select the text and take me to the link. Ive had to start again three times. Whats happening?
