A family member that uses our home computer has been a victim of fraud (through paypal) and I need to remove the probibal spyware, MacFee is just too expencive, can anyone help with virus protection or anti spyware??

Your best bet would be to reinstall Windows, update Windows until you can't anymore, and install the following software.
However, if you don't want to go to the trouble of reinstalling Windows, this software should help work.
