What goes around comes around. Your friend may experience the same fate for doing this to you. Make sure you have proper malware protection on your PC to prevent this from happening again.

Infecting someone with a virus can put more people at risk than just the person in question. A virus can spread through his personal address book to everyone listed on that address book and you may end up infecting your own PC again if you are also on his address book. So you may end up harming more people by taking revenge.

NO, but popular/enticing websites also attract the virus makers.
Your revenge would just be an exercise in futility if your so called friend's PC is "hardened". If it has a good anti-virus, anti-spyware and a registry guard, your plan would have no effect.
Come on, that was a costly learning experience. Move on and just "harden" your PC from intruders and you will have no problems from now on.

No. If you want revenge then think of something better than doing what he/she did to you, that's lame. Perhaps you could come up with something better than spreading viruses around? Or perhaps you could get a mac or run linux on your computer so you never have to worry about viruses.

Natalie, no one makes you do anything you don't want to do. I would say that your were a victim of what is known as "curiosity killed the cat".

As for "Revenge", two wrongs does not make a right".

I am really a very nice guy, reality is reality.
