to stop them completely? I have AVG, spybot (which finds the cookies when I do a check), do clean ups nightly.

like many before, i also had this anti vermins thing! i've looked at other answers but all of them lead to a site where you have to purchase a software in order to remove it completely. does anyone know any free (and automatic) way of doing that? Thanks!

Ok, so I just got an ipod, and I wanted to install itunes. But then when I opened itunes setup, it says:
The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur when your running Windows in safe mode, or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your personnel for assistance.
What do I do??????!!!!! Help me!!!

please report it to your local police who will then start an investigation.these people should not be allowed to get away with doing this.so many people have lost money. i have also reported it to watchdog and trading standards.

My computer has a virus-crazy things popping up everywhere and I can't get into anything. I took it to be fixed and they said it would be $399 to "clean" it and install better virus protection. Is there a way for me to do this myself? Please answer in easy to understand language as I am not that computer savvy!

I use ZoneAlarm, because it does so many things in one program

- Anti-virus
- On Demand
- Background Scanning
- Spy-ware
- On Demand
- Background Scanning
- Firewall
- E-mail Security
- Wireless Protection

Recently however it’s started to annoy me as I’ve had to start using some websites, and it blocks certain things

So what do you guys use and can anyone recommend a program better than ZoneAlarm that includes background scanning for spy-ware?

hi can any1 help?
have had the same password on ebay and used it to sign in yesterday and this morning. tonight, however it tells me it is incorrect, i had checked whether i have caps lock on but haven't
and an error comes up and says login incorrect. then it displays underneath a security measure that asks me to put in numbers (random) and my password which it will then accept and takes me onto ebay. Can anyone else help with this?

Is it possible for a website to have a virus? I built a website for my boss (for his petroleum engineering company) and I got an e-mail from him this morning saying a guy at his work told him that our website has a trojan virus. What does this mean and what can I do to fix it? Thank you!
