this 13yr old little pest will not give up admin rights pass word

Go to start and look for tools and you should be able to do a system application recovery,I sent you a mess on yahoo but no reply,I have done this many times to mine and i can walk you through it.But i need some info as far as how old it is and who it is like dell,gateway etc some you can do by turning on your computer and hit F 10 several times,other it is under tools.But if you would like my help sign on to yahoo.

Put in the disk(s) that came with the computer. Reboot. Follow the prompts on the screen. After that make sure you set up a strong password for your account, which should be the only admin. All other accounts should be limited.

Delete Everything. COOKIES are the most important thing to get rid of. Good luck
