Myspace is a web application, which means you're going to have to access it on port 80. Trying to use telnet or cmd wouldn't succeed. If port 80 is blocked or monitored on your network, you need two things:
1. Outside help, such as a proxy server or port forwarder.
2. An unblocked or unmonitored port on your network.
Route your http traffic on the unmonitored port in your network through the proxy server to myspace.

No firewall is foolproof if you know what you're doing.

A firewall tunnel is probably what you are looking for. Do a google search, there is plenty of info on them.

You will need to have a buddy outside the network that will let you share his internet connection. Also, any experienced network admin can easily spot a tunnel. But if nobody is looking, then you can probably get away with it.
