I need some help with a company website that has a virus?

Is it possible for a website to have a virus? I built a website for my boss (for his petroleum engineering company) and I got an e-mail from him this morning saying a guy at his work told him that our website has a trojan virus. What does this mean and what can I do to fix it? Thank you!

Go here and download this.It is a 30 day trial and will check and let you know,It is a antivirus software,But it is not like Norton,avg,etc it will show you things others will not find,and then just UN install it when done.After it removes it..Good Luck
