hi can any1 help?
have had the same password on ebay and used it to sign in yesterday and this morning. tonight, however it tells me it is incorrect, i had checked whether i have caps lock on but haven't
and an error comes up and says login incorrect. then it displays underneath a security measure that asks me to put in numbers (random) and my password which it will then accept and takes me onto ebay. Can anyone else help with this?

Sounds very dodgy, notify ebay and change your password and run virus scans and spyware scans on your pc.

hi, i have never had that problem, are you using a email link to get to ebay? If so use the web address to access the login page. Have you tried typing your password etc on ie, word, to see if your keyboard is faulty, if not contact ebay.

Ebay have been pratting about with new security measures to protect against fraudulent use of accounts!
Check with Ebay that your account hasn't been accessed though!
Always make sure your sign in starts - https://
Anything else and don't sign in

it does sound very dodgy actually.....you don't answer those ebay emails do you???? make sure you're not being scammed in some way. Maybe someone else has got hold of your password and has now changed it for one of their own, so that they can access your account and you can't.

All i can suggest is you contact Ebay and let them know, they may ask you to change it
or try the help section see if there is anything there to help you
