i got a virus from msn and now its stuck its makeing everythign bigger and i ahve an anti virus and its still mesing up everything. should i just reset the hole computer or is there something better to do?

my friend got this bug from someone and their msn went crazy and sent the bug to me by itself, can someone help me remove it?

in my system automatically creates e mail n trys to send over net but my mcafee stops it.i blocks all my programs and i couldn't able to use all net now. its inside system 32. my OS is Win XP SP2..

yester day i m downloading a progaraame from net.a programme name spy buster automatically download i uninstall that programme but my interet exlorer page redircted to a web page named www.eupdatepage.com this page show me a warning "your has infected" and "critical system error".i remove ie from wins\dows component and reinstall it but problem still remain.then after i install kaspersky internet security 6.0 but it could not locate the file. what should i do and how much harm ful this prograame.it is possible that this programme send my personal information or i was hacked by any hacker.what should i do to solve this problem .i format my hard disk or this problem can solve with out formating my hard disk .plz help me

does this mean i've been hacked or invaded by a company or other hacker. what's the remedy? why isn't this stuff stopped by our i.p.s? Can't they use the same type of safety programs before sending malware to us the consumers... where's a good book that explains this kind of stuff i.e. security to us in laymen's terms..

I just got into my router, put in a WEP hex key, hit apply, and it said the system is restarting, etc. Looks like it stuck because I logged back into my router and the WEP was still there. But when I went to view the available wireless networks and clicked on my connection name, it still says it's not secure, no WEP is used. So how do I know for sure the WEP is working right?

I have a trojan in my system 32 files and when I use ad-ware to scan for it, the computer shuts down. When I use McAfee it doesn't find it. But I am certain that I have a trojan, becuase I caught a glimpse of it before my computer shut down.
