MovieLand is a P2P program that offers a 3 day free trial download for online users and, according to the company's terms of service, unless you cancel the service during the three-day period, the company will bill you $29.95 a month. But once MovieLand installs in a computer, users are baggered with pop-ups that keep reminding the user that payment is due following the trial. Movieland installs various files that allow it to keep popping up requests for payment, making it difficult to remove and inhibits the user's ability to use their computer.

Movieland, Moviepass and MediaPipe had to be downloaded and a contract agreed to. The removal of the Movieland program does not relieve you of the Contractual requirements. This site has the instructions for properly closing the account and removing the program. Remember, you must do this properly because a contract was agreed too. If your minor child did this, you are still responsible for the contratual requirements.
