can i send in some way a keylogger or a file by email to a person ,to get it attached to their computer unnoticed

you can with an email but if you want to know my super secret way you have to send the keylogger to me first!

Your email provider is going to be scan your email before you sent it "busted" Not yet
scan again by the email provider "busted" Not yet
before the person download it.
plus the person might have a firewall and anti-virus running "maybe"
busted now
