thanks for u r infos...it was creating like snd.dat but actually its not snd.dat.which creates a txt near by where it was located inside the \\documents and settings\useraccount\local settings \.

wen we opening the local settings immediatly it triggers microsoft dond send error report pop up menu alert. on clickin dont send it closes with the directory i opened. which in means not allowing me to open the local settings folder even when i am running any applications like xsoftspy, reg clean pro which in turn stops scannin with that folder.
this seems to be the activity of worm or trojan..

now can u think of ant remedy??

Not sure what you're trying to say, but sounds like you have a virus or that you've got some kind of emailer virus/trojan on your machine. you need to remove the computer from the internet and run a good virus scanner and disable it.

You need to have that hard drive checked for worms and Trojan horses. Some ISP's will block you from using the Internet if your system is trying to spread that crap.
Get a copy of Zone Alarm. I think they have a free trial version that will let you know what and where the file is that's trying to access sending email or other scripts over the Internet.
Good luck.

try reconfiguring mcafee first by lowering down the security settings...you may want to check mcafees website for any known issues regarding your concerns...else if all fails then try kunal's advise.

hope this helps...

EDIT:
try to access those folders from safemode...
