What does the message catastrophic failure mean when i'm trying to save as ?

does this mean i've been hacked or invaded by a company or other hacker. what's the remedy? why isn't this stuff stopped by our i.p.s? Can't they use the same type of safety programs before sending malware to us the consumers... where's a good book that explains this kind of stuff i.e. security to us in laymen's terms..

ISP, not IPS. They don't filter content because you are paying for complete, unrestricted access to the internet in all of its glory.
