I TRIED TO REMOVE THE ROOTKIT WITH THE UNINSTALL TOOL PROVIDED BY SONY BUT AFTER UNINSTALL, I RAN A SPYWARE SCAN USING SBC YAHOO PROTECTION AND IT KEEPS COMING UP AS A TROJAN HORSE THAT EVEN THIS UNINSTALL TOOL WONT REMOVE IT. ANY OTHER IDEAS AS TO HOW TO GET RID OF THIS?

I am very scared about the fact that the dell batteries in some laptop may explod. I have a dell laptop but my batteries number is not in the recall list but I am scared to death and want to know if I can use that strong fear to ask a refund for my computer to the dell corporation. please advice with legal exemple. thanks

I've had AVG for a year. Recently, it found many viruses on my computer and it keeps popping 3 boxes (AVG Resident Shield) on my screen every 5 to 7 minutes to tell me of a Virus Detected! Trojan Generic & Clicker and prompts me to either "ignore" "info" "heal" or "move to a vault". This is very annoying. How long will this go on and what can I do to cure what ever problems is causing this?
