Hi. Open Microsoft Internet Explorer(IE). Incase you cannot find it click the start button on the lower left hand side corner; go to the option run and type iexplore and press enter. When IE opens up, toards the top of the page there will be menu options as File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools and Help. Go to option Tools. Under tools click on the last option "Internet Options". Here Click the button Delete Files : a messege box will appear. Check Delete all offline content and click ok. and once it's done click OK and come out of internet options window.

In Internet Explorer, click on the Tools menu at the top of the screen, then click Internet Options. Then click the "Delete Files" button. DO NOT click "Delete Cookies"! Click the little box that says "Delete all offline content", then click OK. After it deletes all your temp files (it may take a minute), then click OK again to close the Internet Options menu.

Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Disk Cleanup

Deleting temp files is one of the options of things to delete. You can delete them all or unselect all other checks and just delete the temp files.
