You could try using the 3 initials of your mom and the three initials of your dad with a separator in the form of a number.

Just make one up out of random characters. Just make sure you use letters, numbers AND special characters (like @, % and *). If possible, use Alt+____ symbols as well (for example Alt+9999 is â¼).
