hi, perhaps you can try Norton to remove the virus. but you need to pay for the software.

i also recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.

besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.

firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

use a virus scanner, norton, mcafee, or a free online one at http://www.trendmicro.com/hc_intro/default.asp

if that doesnt work format your hard drive and put a new operating system on. You will want to make sure you turn your system restore off before scanning for a virus. as many viruses will stay in your restore files .

first you should be in safe mode, then turn off your system restore, next run your anti virus software, quarantine the virus, then delete if you can, finally restart your pc.

Have your Antivirus Software, locate it, quarantine it, then have the antivirus software delete it, then reboot.. It should be gone.. Good Luck
