It's easy to turn off these messages. To do so, click on Start, then select Control Panel. If your computer is set to Classic View, you will then see the System icon, on which you should click. If your computer is set to the Category View that is the default in Windows XP, you will want to click on Performance and Maintenance to find System, then click on the Advanced tab, then Error Reporting, then select Disable Error Reporting and click OK. You will not be bothered with these messages again. THERE ARE ALSO OTHER MESSAGE ALERTS BY WINDOWS U CAN TURN OFF THERE ON THE SITE , ITS EXPLAINS IT ALL

Be a little more specific here, if its within your OS or a cracked/hacked proggy try purchasing legal geniune software.
