I've had AVG for a year. Recently, it found many viruses on my computer and it keeps popping 3 boxes (AVG Resident Shield) on my screen every 5 to 7 minutes to tell me of a Virus Detected! Trojan Generic & Clicker and prompts me to either "ignore" "info" "heal" or "move to a vault". This is very annoying. How long will this go on and what can I do to cure what ever problems is causing this?

Run AVG in Safe Mode and it should be able to clean the virus

havnet run avg in a while, but i remember an options catagory where you can check or uncheck the 'warn if detecting ....' or similar phrase. tun off any notification boxes, and have it run silent (silent block?)
