Obviously you have access to a computer and internet of some sort to be posting this question. Simply go to the website below and follow the instructions to create a boot disk that will allow you to reset any password on you computer. You can then keep that disk handy for any future need to reset a password for any XP computer.

If you have another account set up with administrator rights, use that to log in and then reset the administrator password. If you don't ... it is oops!!!

Next time make a reset disk. This will allow you to reset your password.

Remove the cmos battery from the cpu and boot the computer. Replace the battery thereafter. Your password has gone for good.

check your user manual. You can cancel passwords on most computer by removing a jumper on the mother board.

use your windows installer. there should be an option that you can use to retrieve your password. just boot using it.
