It is strange because it only restarts when I am playing a game online. Whether its a flash game or an actual computer game it happens, but only online, because I can play games offline all day.
Can anyone help?

My computer (not my moniter) is making a really weird noise. Like, you know how if you put a piece of paper in a blade of a moving fan it makes kind of a ripping sound? That's what it sounds like. What do you guys think could be wrong with my computer? Thanks for all the help. =]

A computer that was perfectly working now has multiple problems that we have not been able to solve. We therefore need to reload it so as to clear it of every disturbance and make it clean before installing Window XP on it. I have always gotten great answers from this house and i still look forward to more. All regards to YOU.

I currently use AppleWorks6 for word processing and I am (apparently) supposed to be able to transfer my files to my new Macbook which runs iWorks 'Pages'. But Pages will not recognise my old AppleWorks 6 files. Is there a reason for this? Am I doing something wrong? I thought this would be simple because that's what it says on the box. It says I don't need any special translating software, so what's going on?

Any help or advice would be much appreciated, thank you.

When I open my itunes store, the info box comes up and tells me 'iTunes could not connect to itunes store. Make sure your network connection is active and try again.'
I don not understand what has happened because I have a new broadband connection and it was working for quite a while under the new connection then just stopped. I have taken advice on-line and off-line from itunes help, but nothing seems to be working. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated

I thought maybe buying additional memory would do it, but is there a better way?

Now mind you, not an EASIER way - because I've seen those websites that declare that they can speed up your computer, and do exactly the opposite.

Any ideas, suggestions, comments (keep em clean, please)?
