It is strange because it only restarts when I am playing a game online. Whether its a flash game or an actual computer game it happens, but only online, because I can play games offline all day.
Can anyone help?

run ur pc in safe mode , scan and fix the viruses..............
or
open run and type "shutdown -a" .

I recommend to install firewall. There is free edition of zone alarm ( http://www.zonelabs.com/ ).
