If you mean use it as your desktop wallpaper, yes you can. Just right click on the picture and select set as wallpaper.

Yea, but unless the camera on your phone is a really good one, the quality of it will go way down when it's enlarged to fit your computer screen.

yes you can i do it all the time!! and if you set it to ur desktop then it will probaly look better tiled! otherwise right click ur pic and save it into ur pics folder and you can use it for what ever you want! good luck sweetie
