When I open my itunes store, the info box comes up and tells me 'iTunes could not connect to itunes store. Make sure your network connection is active and try again.'
I don not understand what has happened because I have a new broadband connection and it was working for quite a while under the new connection then just stopped. I have taken advice on-line and off-line from itunes help, but nothing seems to be working. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated

If you have no problem accessing other websites eg. yahoo.com, there must be configuration problem in the iTunes application. Perhaps best to re-install the iTunes. Alternatively, check firewall restriction if any.

maybe you should turn off your computer then try it again.
