Mac is not picking up Motu Soundcard?

It used to work fine and now there is no sound. When I unplug the soundcard from the Mac, sound is there.
What could it be?

Sounds like a problem with the card itself, do you know another MAC user who would let you plug it in to their MAC for a test, and let you try their card in return.
