When, I start up my computer and I log on to my name this 'toolbar Eula' comes up. I don't want it to do that, and I can't find a way to delete or disable it. Does anybody know what I can do?

You have to go into add/remove programs in your control panel and take it out

OS version would help. There should be a check mark to take off at the bottom or top of the EULA not to show it again.

May be adware or spyware. Some of that crap has no unistallation procedures and have to unistalled by force. First look in your control panel--add remove programs and see if it there. If it is try to remove it. If not go to Start---run ---type in msconfig. In the startup tab find the check box for that software and uncheck it. If that doesn't, there are other options. Message me if you have trouble.
