Will flash drives someday replace mechanical HDD's?

how can i remove boot sector virus in my system....i format my hardisk, then after install my os...its again problem..plz give me any one good solution for this.

I live in Edmonton, and I like to build my own pc to get the performance I want, instead of buying from places like future shop or best buy. So since I am new to city, I asked a friend if there is this kind of online store nearby and got this website: www.ncix.com

I work as a 3d animator, so I will be using the pc mostly for this, and some games, and movies.

Currently I have chosen these parts (from the website):

Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Dual Core Processor

Samsung 215TW 21IN LCD

Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 500GB SATA2 3GB/S 7200RPM 16MB Cache NCQ Hard Drive

I couldn't really figure out what to choose for the motherboard, memory, cpu cooler, video card, dvd writer, case, speakers?

If anyone can give me some recommendations by making a list for the above parts, I would really appreciate it. Money no object as long as it's not extreme, like quad core cpus.

I have a pentium 3 in a netvista, and want to go to a pentium 4 1.4ghz. I just recently bought the ram to give me 512mb, and i would hate to have to re buy another set to be compatable with a pentium 4

Now and again I notice the time thats set on my computer changes to like an hour ahead than what it should be. And I havent made any changes. Why does this happen?

for you to tell me what my hard drive looks like (to the point that I could understand...)and/or tell me how to remove it?

Ever since a few weeks ago my processor load has been going through the roof. If im not doing anything its running at around 10-20% and when i open wmp it jumps close to 100. Even a web browser makes it jump near or to 100%. I've scanned for viruses and got rid of a few and made sure nothing is running in the background. The only thing I really have done lately is get a new case. Any help would be great.
What I am running:

When I bought the Cars DVD, it came along with a hecka cool pin that flashed when you turned a knob on the back. I couple of days later, I misplaced it and now, 6 months later I finally found it. Well, when I turned the knob, it didn't flash. So I took apart the "batteries" and concluded that it was a lithium cell (CR9.27, 3V). Well, for hours now, I've been trying to make it light up again, and needless to say, it's not working. Is there some kind of specific way I have to put both of the lithium cells in?

lately my computer has been getting very slow. when i do anything like watching videos, listening to music, broowsing web pages, and sometimes even opening or minimizing windows. so far i have defragmented, disk clean up, and i ran anti-virus and spyware programs(i use ad-aware, and e-trust anti-virus). i have 768mb of ram, 1.6GHz, and 250gb hard drive(i have 58.9Gb left). i also have a 20gb hard drive but it dosent work(it used to show up and now it dosent anymore, when my computer is turned on the screen says something hardive is bad remove replace, press F1 to continue, then it comes to a blue screen that says one of your hard disks needs to be checked for consistancy, strongly recommended or press any key to skip. usually i skip it but when i do let it run it will take like 10-20 min and it says number____is unreadable. so is it because of that one bad hard drive or can it be something else like i need more ram or more hard drive space?is there anything i can do?

The picture movement is fine but one problem is that I need sound. Where can I download the emachine sond driver? And tell me the directions of how to install it and all. I've been having this problem for 1 month but don't know how to fix it... :(
