A window pops up with the following message:

Setup.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

This is the first time that this has happened. I have tried restarting my PC but I'm still having the same problem.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can resolve this?

Thank you

My son loves runescape and I know games slow computers down. I also downloaded the free version of limewire. I have 1133 mhz (processer?), 1.13 ghz(just converted to ghz???), and 128 mb of ram. I just reinstalled windows xp and havent installed anything else yet. I've read to get 256 mb memory stick (maybe I'd need more) to give it a little boost. Isnt this just another way to transfer info from 1 computer to another, like a cd? any suggestions????

I live in Canada. WHat type of computer should I get? Where should I buy it? My oldest child is in Grade 3, so he doesn't need it for much yet. We mostly use it for fun searches and email. WHat is this going to cost me???? I am cheap. Lol.

I accidentally knocked my processor off my desk while it was in it's tray. The tray popped open and it fell on the floor and bent a maximum of 5 pins, maybe less. I haven't had the chance to test it in a motherboard yet, but I straightened the pins out. Did the drop kill the processor even though only 5 (or less) pins were slightly bent? I really hope not...

Thanks!

I currently have a Dell XPS 410 Core 2 Duo E6420 processor that has 2.13 GHZ and I just upgraded the RAM from 2-4GHZ and the operating system is running Vista home premium.
In July 07 Intel is releasing new chips and they are offering a Core 2 Duo E6850 which is rated at 3.0 GHZ for about $270.00 Will I gain much speed from this upgrade and will it be noticable? Also is changing out the CPU as easy as adding RAM and will my current mother board except this new chip as well? Thank you so much for your time and expert guidance with my questions.

I am looking on carbonfrost.com. Can someone take a look at that for me? I am looking at a just above the 1000 dollar price range. I am looking into the defender and opus. Im not sure which one to get. I am also wondering whether other people think its a good deal and whether its worth it to get the mark 2 rather then mark 1. If your confused. look at the site, youll know what im talking about. thanks a lot
