A window pops up with the following message:

Setup.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

This is the first time that this has happened. I have tried restarting my PC but I'm still having the same problem.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can resolve this?

Thank you

If those don't work download a program called System Mechanic 7 at the IOLOs website it is a general maintenance program but it also has a trash can that you can use that will dump the most stubborn junk on your computer.

depends on the programs you are trying to remove. if they are needed for thr computer to operate you will get this message. its protecting the system from damage or the program may be associated with a running process thet is needed for the system to function.
