I have a HP print-scan-copy machine. As I know HP is cheaper than Epson whole cartridge of Epson is costlier than HP.
Same like upper distinguishable point I like to get specific difference between HP and Lexmark for its any Print-Scan-Fax-Copy version.
Just let me know the advantages and disadvantages of HP and Lexmark for their Print-Scan-Fax-Copy machines (Deskjet/ inkjets only not any laser printer)

Hi, these two laptops I've been looking at and I can't really decide between the two. They are almost the same price, but I don't really understand all the differeneces in the specs to be able to tell which is the better deal. Like, is the difference between the two integrated graphics cards worth the 1 gb difference of ram? Im planning on using this laptop mostly for school with a bit of gaming as well. Nothing crazy though, probably starcraft and warcraft with a bit of WoW on lower settings (I don't really care about how it looks, as long as it doesnt lag much.)

I have a lexmark all-in-one center. I am trying to scan a document and change some of the text in it. It wont allow me to and keeps saying something about an "OCR and a CD" that I don't have. So does anyone know of any other way I can change the text using MS Word or MS Word Processor? I have a copy of the document, and it is saved on the computer as well. Is there a way I can just OPEN the document and change the txt?

I have a Epson Stylus CX 6400 all in one scanner/printer.It has 3 slots in the front for camera cards.I know nothing about digital cameras but I want to purchase one to use with my printer.Only I don't know which ones to look at.I bought the printer from a private party so I have no manuel.I will tell you what the 3 slots say and we will see if someone out there can solve this problem for me.
1st = xD/SM
2nd= SD/MS
pro
3rd= CF

Can someone tell me what to look for?

Will a Macbook Pro 15 with a 7200rpm drive, but onlg a 2.0 Ghz prcessor,
outperform a newer MBP with a 2.33Ghz processor, but only a 5400rpm hard drive? They dont have the 7200rpm option anymore.

I want to use it for Audio apps, virtual instruments, w MIDI in control,
and multi track recording.. and graphics stuff too but for just for fun.

I have been an avid Apple notebook for quite a while now. However, I need a new laptop and don't feel like getting r*ped by Mac-costs right now. Any suggestions? it's a ati radeon 9700 pro. my monitor was blacking out and saying that there wasn't any signal and unplugging it and plugging it back in worked a few times but after awhile it stopped working. so i opened up my computer and found that the fan on the card wasn't working and the card was severely overheated. i switched to an older card to use my computer now but i wish i could use my ati card. does anyone know if there is something i cann do to fix it or is it lost beyond hope now. thanks for advance for any good responses.

Ok, im asking again because im not sure the other group of answerers understood my question fully.

I just ordered an inspiron e1705 laptop from dell, with windows vista home premium. I understand it comes with the vista reinstall disk.

Now my question is, if I were to swap out the hard drive that came with the system for a new one off of newegg, can I install vista onto that new hard drive? Same computer registered for vista, just a different hard drive.

Some people say there are hidden partitions on the hard drive that enable the reinstall disk to work only on that system, don't know if that's true or not.

Also don't hold back answers, im not a novice to computers, just to dell. If it was possible to buy a laptop shell and build one yourself, i'd be doing that instead.
